Users can access our website without submitting any personal information. When users fill in the contact form on our hotline page, we collect a corresponding email address only for further communication.

Log File Data
Annie Lab is committed to meeting internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection in handling log files. We have access to visitor logs provided by the hosting company (wordpress.com) and the analytics provided by Google.
The information includes IP addresses, referring websites, browser types, and other analytics data, but it is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
Advertisements and Other Sites
Annie Lab does not carry any advertisements; our website does not serve any user data to advertisers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the websites we link to in our stories.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by Annie Lab, although we do not collect any personally identifiable data unless users provide such information voluntarily first.
